Total hire charge will be calculated from the enquiry page and sent to you via email, and will contain the booking number, to be used for further correspondence.
Bookings will not be held until a deposit is made. The deposit amount is 1 hour hire rate.
Payment by cheque or money order in the name of Hot Rod Limousines posted to:
6 Rhone Place, Beechboro WA 6063
Full payment must be received at least 1 week prior to hire date.
All receipts for money received will be forwarded by return mail. A letter requesting confirmation of booking details and final arrangements will be sent at the beginning of the month prior to the booking. Return of this letter is important to facilitate smooth running of your special event.
Refund policy
All monies paid will be refunded up to 1 month prior to hire. If refund requested less than one month a booking fee of $10 will be applied.
